Thank you for checking out my service menu! I love solving a good puzzle, so if you've had this pain for a while - you're coming to the right massage therapist. 

All work with me involves searching for the source (or many sources) of your pain. That can involve any of the following: acupressure, cupping, myofascial release, fascia stretching, swedish massage, cold therapy, hot towels, various muscle balms & creams, CBD treatments, aromatherapy, cranial sacral therapy, polarity therapy, and intuitive touch. You're going to walk away feeling better than you arrived, every time.

~ A 60 or 75 minute massage can offer you relief of one or two major pain areas, and a beautifully relaxing session.

~ A 90 minute massage, the most frequently booked session, is an opportunity to work in depth for two to four main pain areas, and provide a deeper, longer lasting healing relief.

~ A 120 minute session is the greatest opportunity for in depth work on multiple areas, more stretching, and more exploration of the pain and its source. This is the deepest level of healing, as I am more able to incorporate energy work with the bodywork you love.
